Student safety is one of our highest priorities and while we do not know the extent of the COVID-19 virus infections in the State of Michigan we believe it is in the best interest of our students, parents and grandparents to cancel completely our MACS Jr. High Fine Arts Festival scheduled at First Baptist Church Troy, Michigan for Friday, April 24, 2020.
With prayerful consideration, we factored into this decision our Governor’s mandated school closing until April 6 and scheduled school closings in observance of Easter Break prior to our scheduled MACS Junior High Fine Arts Festival.
To our parents and competing schools we will work diligently to get refunds where we can, however, some things purchased for the day cannot be returned or refunded to us. Once an accurate accounting has been made, we will refund a portion of your entry fee as it is available to us.
